SO Health Group was built to redefine how healthcare is experienced- rooted in personal, curated & intentional care.
The founder, Stefanie O’Reilly, BScN, Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner, approached me about creating a brand identity, including voice, messaging, logo design, as well as a new website.
We began with a conversation around her goals for SOHG, the current and future offerings, and a deep dive into their clientele. With two branches of the business, a corporate medical concierge service for large corporations, and a Health Boutique focused on women’s healthcare, the brand identity needed to appeal to both sides of the business, as did the web design.
We positioned SO Health Group as a trusted partner to help navigate every stage of a client’s health journey. We opted for a classic, understated and elegant logo suite, that is versatile for use across multiple channels, socials and print mediums. The tone and messaging are warm, educated, evidence-based education, without the use of medical jargon or the sterile undertone of traditional medicine. However, we deliberately stayed away from leaning too hard into “wellness” signals, choosing richer hues and imaging that pointed to health rather than wellness.
